Monica Wallace is a highly experienced and motivated leader with a passion for developing sustainable solutions to complex business challenges. She holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration degree focused on Strategy from Emory University - Goizueta Business School, and a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering with Summa Cum Laude honors from the University of Florida.

Throughout her career, she has held various management positions including Director of Supply Chain Planning, Sr. Manager Customer Care, Sr. Manager Planning and Scheduling - Silica, and Global Materials Manager - Silica at Huber Engineered Materials. She also worked as a Consultant at Accenture, where she assisted clients in identifying solutions to optimize business processes, and as an Intern at Entergy and General Electric. Furthermore, Monica has shared her knowledge through teaching assistantships while at the University of Florida.
