Monica Villavicencio

Monica Villavicencio is a versatile professional with a background in writing, editing, visual storytelling, and a passion for becoming a novelist. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Anthropology from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a BA in English from Columbia University in the City of New York. Monica is the Co-Founder of Xerophile Studios and has held various roles such as Writer, Multimedia Producer, Senior Producer - Live Video, and Editor/Video Producer at organizations like Twitter, Discors, Bay Area Video Coalition, University of San Francisco, WAMU 88.5, America Abroad Media, and NPR. With a rich experience in media and storytelling, Monica aims to create narratives that connect people and enhance understanding.
