Monica's educational background includes studies in Gerontology, Didactic, Science Politique, Geopolitics, Strategy, Psychomotricity, Ethics in Organizations, Psychology, Neuroeducation, and History at various institutions.

She has held positions as a Business Consultant at Mindflow, President General Assembly at Neuroeducation National Plan, VP Leadership Program at PWN Lisbon, Co-Founder and Member Board of Directors at PWN Lisbon, and others in organizations like Cognitum - Byteco, Quantum, and Externato Dom Pedro.
