With over a decade of experience in education management, Monica has been involved in designing neuroeducational programs in private schools.

She is transitioning her career towards Clinical and Health Psychology with a specialization in neuropsychology, making neuroeducation her primary focus.

Monica's educational background includes studies in Gerontology, Didactic, Science Politique, Geopolitics, Strategy, Psychomotricity, Ethics in Organizations, Psychology, Neuroeducation, and History at various institutions.

She has held positions as a Business Consultant at Mindflow, President General Assembly at Neuroeducation National Plan, VP Leadership Program at PWN Lisbon, Co-Founder and Member Board of Directors at PWN Lisbon, and others in organizations like Cognitum - Byteco, Quantum, and Externato Dom Pedro.

Monica has also been a Vice Director at Externato Europa, a Board Member at Rotary Club of Lisbon, and an Assistant Professor at University Lusiada.
