Responsible for the strategy and execution of content processes and production--working under the Sr. Director of Content, Operational Strategy and in collaboration with content leads of teams, products, and programs--and providing connections between content strategy, content management, and content operations within the Content Solutions team. Accountable for hand-offs of content outside of the team.

Content Operations Director

Responsible for administering and managing the program and processes used to maintain medical accuracy, consistency, and currency of Healthwise health education assets. Also responsible for leading a team of content developers, including managing performance and promoting professional development within the team. Other responsibilities include:
- Making sure that content is developed in a timely manner, in adherence with Healthwise quality guidelines and standards. 
- Ensuring that team members follow content development processes and adhere to product requirements and company policies.
- Serving as a resource for others within and beyond the team for resolving content development, production, and operational issues.
- Leading other projects, as needed.

Lead Medical Content Manager

Responsible for leading a team of content developers and managing the systems and people who ensure medical accuracy, consistency, and governance of Healthwise content. Also ensures that content is developed in a timely manner, in adherence with Healthwise quality guidelines and standards. Ensures that team members follow content development processes and adhere to product requirements and company policies. Serves as a resource for others within and beyond the team for resolving content development, production, and operational issues.

Medical Content Manager

Subject matter expert responsible for the medical accuracy and consistency of all Healthwise content within the medical areas of Gastroenterology, Neurology, and Urology/Men’s Health.

Responsible for:
•Maintaining and updating Healthwise content.
•Upholding our 2-year update commitment to clients.
•Understanding the clinician and consumer experience.
•Recommending improvements to content that support client and consumer needs. 
•Providing thoughtful responses to client requests for changes in existing content and for new content.
•Consulting as a subject matter expert on the creation of new content.

Medical Content Specialist

Technical writer with background in medicine tasked with regular medical update of the Healthwise Knowledgebase.

Responsible for:
•Maintaining and updating Healthwise Knowledgebase content.
•Upholding our 2-year update commitment to clients.
•Understanding and applying plain language, moment-in-care, readiness to change, and evidence-based medicine in all content updates.
•Collaboration with medical reviewers and editors.
•Maintaining subject matter expertise by reviewing medical literature.

Monica Rhodes
