Monica He

Monica He is a third-year law student at Stanford Law School with a diverse educational background that includes an undergraduate business degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where she majored in Finance, Accounting, and Operations & Information Management.

Her particular interest lies in the intersection of law and business, focusing on M&A corporate law practice. Monica is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Monica has gained valuable experience through various roles, including being an Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, a former Summer Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, an Associate Editor at the Stanford Law & Policy Review at Stanford Law School, and a Lexis Associate at LexisNexis. Additionally, she has a background in investment banking, having worked as a Summer Analyst Intern at J.P. Morgan and IDG Capital Partners.

During her time at the University of Pennsylvania, Monica was actively involved in various organizations and roles, such as being a Teaching Assistant, a Marketing Intern, a Community Service Consulting Committee Member, an Executive Committee Member for MUSE, a New Program Development Intern at Taurus Education, and holding leadership positions within the Student Council.

Monica's educational journey includes attending The Loomis Chaffee School for high school, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Accounting, and Operations & Information Management from The Wharton School, and pursuing a Doctor of Law (J.D.) at Stanford University Law School.
