Moni Krausz is a proactive hustler and builder with a strong sense of creativity and hands-on mentality. With experience in the business, civil society, and public sectors, Moni has honed project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills. A dedicated team player, Moni thrives in ambiguous environments, excels at decision-making under pressure, and adapts quickly to changing conditions. Moni Krausz pursued higher education, earning a Master's degree in International Relations with a focus on Migration Policies from the University of Amsterdam. Additionally, Moni obtained a Baccalaureate Degree in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies with an exceptional grade of 94.35 from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Moni's professional journey includes roles as Operations Manager - Performance and Planning at Gorillas, Operations Supervisor, Growth Supervisor, and Operations Specialist at Bird. Moni also dedicated time to volunteering, serving as a Community Manager at The Israeli LGBT Refugees Program and as a Project Manager and Coordinator at Emir Shams Stichting Secret Garden.
