Mondicia "Mindy" Konczal
Mondicia Konczal is an accomplished writer, communicator, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consultant with vast experience in copywriting, content creation, public relations, and digital marketing. Her professional journey started when she became a published poet at the age of 16. Since then, she has studied various communications-related disciplines at New York University, Eastern Michigan University, Specs Howard School of Media Arts, and New York Institute of Technology. Mondicia has worked in various capacities, including being an Executive Assistant at Wieden + Kennedy and a Content & Communications Manager at Portland Web Design. She has also worked as a Copywriter at TDM Ad-Hold, an Aisle Co-Host at All Classical Portland 89.9, and a Digital Account Manager (Interim) at KGW TV. Currently, she is an Employer Relations Lead and Assistant Director at Portland State University's Career Center, where she helps employers with talent development, retention, and recruitment. Mondicia's skills include Microsoft Office Suite, Proposal Writing, Public Presentation, SEO, and SEM, among others. She also has experience using most popular social media platforms, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), HTML, CSS, Drupal 7 & 8, and most popular CMS and CRM database management systems.
