Mona Ghude

Mona Ghude is a partner in and a vice chair of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice group at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. She specializes in designing, drafting, and advising on pension, equity, deferred compensation, and welfare plans. Her expertise extends to the employee benefit aspects of corporate transactions, representing buyers and sellers, and assisting clients in integrating pension plans post-acquisition. Mona also collaborates with private equity clients to establish deferred and equity compensation programs for managers at the portfolio company level. She holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. Mona has been a speaker at various events focusing on executive compensation, employment agreements, equity compensation plans, and legislative developments in employee benefits.
