Mona Elabbady

She has been involved in various project phases including corridor feasibility, funding, modal analysis, impact assessment, implementation, and agency coordination.

Mona's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Her career has seen her hold key positions in reputable organizations such as SRF Consulting Group, where she served as Senior Vice President- Operations, Vice President – Transit Planning & Design, Principal – Transit, and Senior Associate. She has also worked at HDR as a Transportation Engineer/ Transit Planner and at Howard R. Green Company as a Staff Engineer.
