Molly Rafelson

Molly Rafelson is a purpose-driven connector, storyteller, and climatetech advocate with a strong passion for driving monumental shifts in innovation, capital allocation, corporate adoption, and government procurement towards clean and circular technologies to combat the climate crisis.

She obtained her High School Diploma from The Bishop Strachan School and further pursued her education by studying Bachelor of Management, focusing on Environment, Sustainability & Society at Dalhousie University.

With a diverse professional background, Molly has served as a Trade Commissioner for the Canadian Technology Accelerator and Key Accounts at the Consulate General of Canada in New York. She has previously worked in roles such as Account Supervisor at Antenna Group, Senior Account Executive at Eco Branding, Inside Sales at Polar Racking, Board Coordinator at Emerging Leaders for Solar Energy, Research Analyst at OYA Solar Inc, Sustainability Intern at the co*lab, Research Intern at JCM Capital, Server at Bar Centrale di Terroni, and Production Assistant at Neeson & Associates.
