Operations

Creates and maintains a welcoming office environment that represents Outdoor Voices brand and culture
Manages studio and ensures all repairs, maintenance, and IT related issues are handled quickly. 
Manages all office operations and communicates with vendors to ensure employee satisfaction
 Manages all supply inventory, including office, kitchen, conference room and team specific needs.
Responds to and mitigates any employee office issues as they arise. 
Effectively and proactively communicates  pertinent information to Outdoor Voices leadership and employees about building management and security, including building services and disruptions (e.g. elevator repairs, air conditioning issues, etc.).
On boards all new hires and explains Outdoor Voices policies and procedures.
Develops community events designed to create connections between employees, including happy hours, events such as yoga, boxing, SoulCycle, and jogging.  
Holds continued education classes both internally and also externally at  places such as The Sill and Brooklyn Brewery. 
Creates and distributes "Team Huddle" an internal company newsletter to keep OV's NYC and Austin offices connected. 
Assists PR Team with NYC related gifting to VIPs.

Outdoor Voices

Studio Manager

Delivers above- and-beyond customer service through phone, email, and live chat.
Thinks creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience. 
Channels customer inquires to all areas of the business such as technology, marketing, and product. 
As a Personal Stylist, uses extensive frame knowledge to provide a concierge-like service. 
Involved with “CX on Social”—fielding customer questions and requests through Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
Coordinates “Voice of the Customer Program” to help our newest employees develop a mindset of empathizing with our customers to continually incorporate our customers’ wants, needs and desires into everything we do.
Created "Secret Shopper Program" to ensure consistency and quality control at Warby's labs both nationally and globally.
