Molly Martin is the Owner and Culinary Director of Juniper Green Culinary Events, a company she founded in 2017. Her passion for food began at a young age when she received a cookbook on her 13th birthday, which inspired her to prepare a four-course meal for her family. After attending college at Sewanee in Tennessee, she initially worked in hospitality at the university coffee shop before moving to Nashville to pursue a career in music. However, her love for hospitality drew her back into the culinary field.
In Nashville, Martin honed her skills working with renowned chefs such as Tandy Wilson, Vivek Surti, Lisa Donovan, and Laura Wilson. She also spent time in London learning from celebrated chef Yotam Ottolenghi. Her experience includes operations management with Strategic Hospitality and launching culinary programs at various restaurants.
Under her leadership, Juniper Green emphasizes high-quality food inspired by local ingredients and global flavors, aiming to create memorable dining experiences for significant life events. In 2021, the company expanded its operations to include an historic schoolhouse venue in Bells Bend, enhancing their offerings for community gatherings and events.12
