Molly Day
COO at Moms First
Molly Day is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Moms First, an organization formerly known as the Marshall Plan for Moms. She has held this position since October 2022 and is based in Brooklyn, New York. In addition to her role at Moms First, she is a member of the Chief network since September 2019 and participated in the Leadership New York (LNY29) program through the Coro New York Leadership Center from September 2017 to May 2018.1
Her professional background includes co-founding and serving as the Executive Director of campusCATALYST from June 2007 to August 2009, and interning at both the Office of U.S. Senator Barack Obama and the U.S. Department of State earlier in her career. Molly Day is also a recipient of the Northwestern Public Interest Program Fellowship, which supports emerging leaders in public interest work.1
She graduated from Northwestern University, further highlighting her commitment to education and leadership in social change.1
