Mokhtar BEN BELGACEM is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in strategy, digital transformation, organizational modernization, and IT in all its facets.

He is passionate about IT and people, focusing on creating value for businesses, enhancing DSI performance as a Business Partner, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering employee development.

His career highlights include leading various IT transformation programs, initiating digital transformation for clients, overseeing extensive IT & Business transformation projects covering agility, innovation, data, security, cloud, architecture, performance, talent management, and organizational change.

Mokhtar has successfully implemented several major team reorganizations within the IT department.

His educational background comprises a Master's Degree from the Centre d’Etudes Supérieures de Banque (CESB), studies at Institut Préparatoire aux Etudes Scientifiques et Techniques (IPEST), an Engineer's Degree from Ecole polytechnique, and a Master's Degree in Management bancaire from HEC School of Management.

Throughout his career, Mokhtar BEN BELGACEM has held key roles in various organizations, including DSI Groupe and DSI ALS at Action Logement, with previous positions at Bpifrance in roles such as DSI Groupe, DSI Adjoint, Director of Business Projects for IT, Responsible for Computer Studies and Implementations, and DSI OSEO guarantee.

Additionally, he has held positions at OSEO, KERTEL as the Director of Data & Business Intelligence, and as a Telecom Consultant at Capgemini Consulting.
