With an impressive educational background, Moin Ghani holds an LL.M. in Public International Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), a Bachelor's Degree in Law from LSE, and has completed the Bar Vocational Course at BPP Law School. He has also been a Fulbright Scholar/Humphrey Fellow, specializing in International Arbitration at the American University Washington College of Law.

He has also contributed his legal expertise as a National Consultant at UNDP, Legal Advisor at KAFCO, Foreign Counsel at Foley Hoag LLP, Legal Assistant at Eversheds, and as a Senior Associate at Dr. Kamal Hossain & Associates.
