Formerly a senior manager at HP's Global Delivery division in India, Mohan managed multimillion-dollar projects like Sumitomo Insurance and SK Telecom, facilitating cross-cultural collaboration across Japan, Korea, India, and the USA.

He played a key role in establishing HP's China Delivery Center in Shanghai and expanding markets in Asia Pacific, particularly in South Korea and Australia.
