Mohan Karthik

Mohan Karthik is a seasoned Lead Engineer with over 14 years of experience in system and software development across various domains, including networking, web, and embedded systems. He has a strong background in engineering leadership, notably at Pulse Labs, where he managed the engineering team and significantly improved revenue by twofold within a year. He was also instrumental in defining the product roadmap and collaborating closely with the founders to set organizational priorities and strategies.1

Currently, Mohan Karthik works at Google in the networking infrastructure team, focusing on maintaining and scaling Google's extensive infrastructure. His responsibilities include overseeing the forwarding path of Google's network switch stack, which handles more than 7 petabits per second of bandwidth.1
