Mohammed Elmeski
International expert in the development of educational systems
Dr. Mohammed Elmeski is a seasoned senior advisor in education systems reform with a strong background in international development.
He served as a Clinical Associate Professor at Arizona State University and held the position of Chief of Party for the Higher Education Partnership in Morocco from 2019 to 2021.
Prior to his time at ASU, he worked as a Senior Researcher at the American Institutes for Research and was the Co-Chair of the 2020 International Congress for School Effectiveness and Improvement.
Dr. Elmeski's expertise lies in educational reform design and implementation, project management, change leadership, monitoring and evaluation, and capacity development.

Dr. Elmeski's educational background includes a High School Teaching License in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language, a Ph.D. in Comparative and International Development Education and Program Evaluation, a Master of Arts in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature.
He has held various roles in organizations such as Forever Learn, Arizona State University, International Congress for School Effectiveness and Improvement, American Institutes for Research, International Rescue Committee, Sigma Associates, University of Minnesota, Social Fund for Development, UNICEF, Miske Witt and Associates, Inc., and Academy for Educational Development.
