Mohamad Hakim

Mohamad Hakim is an accomplished investment banking and corporate finance professional with over 12 years of experience. With a proven track record in providing capital raising solutions and expertise in mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt capital markets, Hakim is a valuable addition to any financial team.

Hakim obtained his Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Ryerson University's Ted Rogers MBA program. He also has a Master's degree in Financial Economics from the American University in Beirut. He earned his Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Balamand.

His professional experience includes being the VP-Corporate Finance/M&A Advisory at PwC Canada, where he oversaw the trades related to mergers, acquisitions, debt capital expenditures, private placements and public offerings. He was previously a Partner at Yorkdale Partners, and before that, the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Investpreneur Capital Limited.

Hakim held positions at financial institutions in the past that helped him sharpen his skills. He was formerly Vice President of Investment Banking at Samba Financial Group and Assistant Manager at Deloitte. He also worked as a trainee performing Internal Audits at BankMed, gained Data Analyst experience at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA).
