Eagle Hill Container Management was founded by Jacob Falsig, who in 2008 left Maersk Line after 8 years with the company to set up various new companies and ventures.

Eagle Hill Container Management is mainly working with the brand new shipping line, The Containership Company ( TCC ) for whom we manage all aspects of TCC 's container fleet and container flow, including procurement, sales, leasing and one way usage.

I was leading a team of 25 equipment professionals, which was responsible for the Global Maersk Line fleet of approx. 2 million containers (3 million TEU), as well as the fleet of chassis and gensets. This involved developing the future asset management strategy for Maersk Line, all container in-fleet planning, including new production and leasing and container out-fleet planning including redelivery and sales. The total cost budget for running the fleet of container assets was in excess of US$ 800 million yearly.
