Mo Ibrahim is currently working in Investment Management at the Arab Monetary Fund (AMF), based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. His role involves managing investment portfolios and providing technical assistance related to investments for member countries and Arab financial institutions. The AMF focuses on supporting economic policymakers in the Arab region by enhancing their capacity to address economic challenges and formulate effective policies.14

In addition to his position at the AMF, Mo Ibrahim is also known for his philanthropic efforts through the Mo Ibrahim Foundation, which he founded to promote good governance and leadership in Africa.
