Mo Asgari is an experienced technology executive and software development leader who has spent over 25 years driving innovation and growth in the tech industry. As President of Monkeysoft Solutions, an Ezcater Company, Mo has demonstrated a rare blend of vision, execution, inspiration, and empathy in leading his team's development of scalable, reliable N-Tier and Client-Server Architectures, Enterprise Web Site Design, Development & Operation, and Systems Design. Mo has a proven track record of building dynamic teams in a variety of company structures and environments, and defining technical and operational processes that enable those teams to be highly effective. Through his exceptional leadership, coaching, and management skills, Mo has earned accolades from colleagues and senior management alike, scoring in the top 5% of all senior managers tested in an internal in-depth leadership assessment evaluation.
