System team: Product Performance testing in AIOPS
 
collect performance data from ring0 (testing)/ring1 (internal)/ring2 (customer) , analysis and report the result to dev/pm team as key indicator before monthly release build
the difficulty for performance data is not only collect huge data from lab testing in per second interval, but also evaluate a model to fit the data doing anomaly detect.
in order to raise up the accuracy of the anomaly detection, use the right data to correlation is always the major challenge from a powerful anti-malware agent with 30+ years domain know-how.
it is a totally different scope comparing with regular IT monitoring data.
in Deep Security agent, we need to understand memory dump/feature design/application log/software defined telemetry then use AI to identify the anomaly event is a real true-positive event. 
After concentrating, learning, testing, and consolidate reporting issues in the past 3 years, the prototyping model was build up and continuously provide effect to develop team.
2021 will be a good staring step for our team, look forward to change entire TrendMicro as leader in performance area.
