He has served as a Technology Transfer Coordinator at Fond za inovacionu delatnost/Serbia Innovation Fund, a Patent examiner at the Intellectual property office of Serbia, and a Team Leader at the European Patent Office. Furthermore, he has worked as a Consultant at the World Bank Group and Katapult Accelerator at Innovation Fund in Serbia, showcasing his versatile skill set.

Throughout his career, Mladjan Stojanovic has garnered experience in different roles, from Researcher at Agrotechnology and Food Innovations to a Process Engineer at Michelin. He also has a background as a Process Design Trainee at Shell Global Solutions and PDEng Trainee at TU Delft, demonstrating his adaptability across various industries and functions.
