With a background as a former champion meat grader, Mitchell is also known for his book 'Don't Do Stuff You Hate' and as the narrator of 'Why Haven't You Read This Book?'

Prior to his role at Discover Praxis, Mitchell served as the Director of Marketing at Crash and as the Chief of Staff at Ceterus, where he played a vital role in scaling the team, increasing revenue, and securing venture capital funding.

His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Agricultural Communication/Journalism from Oklahoma State University, as well as studies in Entrepreneurship, Digital Media Marketing, Business Development, Management, Operations, Philosophy, Economics, and History.
