Mitchel Elsen

Mitchel Elsen is a serial entrepreneur with a keen eye for innovation and creative troubleshooting. With global experience in the media industry, he has established himself as a strategic thinker and a passionate connector. Throughout his career, Mitchel has won several awards for his expertise in production, marketing, and business development, including the Cannes Lions, The One Show, Clio Awards, Effie, Spikes Asia, Eurobest, and more.

Mitchel has a solid educational background, having studied Media Production at Erasmus College Brussels, International Marketing at INSEAD, Digital & Social Master Class at Hyper Island, and Marketing Management at Ghent University. He channels his entrepreneurial spirit into different organizations, such as Hype Empire, where he is a co-founder, and as a former advisor at Butterfly.ai, Kode Media, and BelCham.

In the past, Mitchel held several executive positions, including CEO, North America at Photoplay, Founder & CEO at RAZR (Acquired by Photoplay), and Founder & CMO at TRS.COM. As a keynote speaker and occasional investor, Mitchel is always on the lookout for new opportunities to disrupt the status quo and make a difference in the sports content market. When he is not working, Mitchel enjoys running and fencing, and he likes his music loud.
