Mitch Underwood

Mitch Underwood is a proficient Environmental Engineer and Scientist with a strong academic background in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and Environmental Science from Chattanooga State Community College.

Currently, Mitch serves as a Water Quality Specialist II at the City of Chattanooga, bringing a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills to manage and enhance water quality standards within the city.

Prior to his current role, Mitch gained experience as a Lab Technician at Steward, Inc, where he honed his analytical abilities and hands-on laboratory techniques.

With a cumulative GPA of 3.6 in BASc and a commitment to improving environmental health, Mitch Underwood is dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment and community through his expertise in environmental engineering and science.
