As the DPE for the Account I managed the Transition and Transformation Project to on board the client into the IBM support model, that involved the following tasks:-
Staff On boarding
Alignment of supported platforms within the IBM support model structure
Project Management - working in conjunction with the global T & T Project that encompassed 62 countries world wide

APAC Regional DPE for 12 countries across the region.  Service Lines managed included End User Services, Intel, Storage, Messaging and Service Management.  
Key objectives were to ensure that all SLA metrics were met via a matrixed globally resourced BAU Team within a multi-dimensional landscape.
Managing financial costs within a pre-determined budget to reflect ongoing productivity and cost challenges.

Progressing from the SDM into the DPE role I was then responsible for the management of 11 countries within the JAPA region.
Platforms managed Midrange, EUS, Storage, Messaging, Service Management, Stratus.  
Management of SLAs to ensure that all SLAs were met and that customer satisfaction objectives were achieved.
