Built the apps and services that power 3D Home from Pre V1 through nationwide maturity.  Through the capture mobile apps, a set of micro-services built in the cloud, and ML & AI, imagery is ingested, and stitched together to create floor plans and an integrated media rich shopping experience.

I led the experiences teams, which is responsible for the unique 3D Home capture apps, cross-platform 3D Home shopping experiences, as well as all partner features.  Technologies included ARKit/ARCore, MLKit/CoreML, and WebGL to create the experiences that fuel 3D home.  My teams worked across product, research, engineering, and business to enable our immersive home shopping experiences.

Managed a team of 5-10 engineers delivering multiple features and 2-week ship cycles for the OneDrive iOS app.

- Managed seamless integration of OneDrive for Business service into the OneDrive iOS app
- Helped increase the rating of the app from 3 to 4.5 stars over 3 monthly releases through rigorous focus on customer feedback, A/B testing, and the integration of real-time telemetry and analytics into the OneDrive iOS app
- Designed, developed, and delivered cross-application single-sign-on and service based account suggestions for Microsoft apps on iOS (Office, Outlook, etc.)
- Designed, developed, and delivered cross platform in-app purchase experience for O365 across iOS and Android OneDrive apps

Senior SDET Lead

Took multiple products through several release cycles, starting with Sidebar & Calendar in Windows Vista, and then multiple releases of the Windows Live Mail and Messenger clients (250+ Million unique users use the wave 4 suite).

Highlights:
- Led a team of developers to design and create an end-to-end automated memory leak analysis solution that utilized time-travel-tracing (TTT) and Truscan to automatically find leaks and open bugs for any set of automation that runs against all the Windows Live products
- Wrote multiple test plans for reliable and maintainable UI and API automation that were used across the division
- Developed image and video comparison libraries and associated automation for the “Does it look right?” type of validation on images and videos
- Developed a model based stress suite for long-haul scenarios
