Prior to his current role, Mitch held key positions at Neu Concepts, where he demonstrated his skills in business development, production management, and project management.

Before his tenure at Neu Concepts, Mitch also gained valuable experience in the marine industry as a Production Manager at WINTER CUSTOM YACHTS, where he honed his project management skills.

In addition to his roles in the solar and marine industries, Mitch also explored his passion for craftsmanship as a Furniture Maker at Erik Rueda Design Lab, showcasing his creativity and attention to detail.
