Miroslav Lukes

Miroslav Lukes boasts an impressive track record as a leader and executive who has delivered turnaround strategies and nurtured teams with entrepreneurial drive. Drawing on his education in economics, finance, and business administration, he has crafted strategies that combine customer focus, technology, ecosystems, and partnerships, and built organizations that achieve superior sales, marketing, and innovation performance. Lukes has made his mark in several organizations, including Bankovní identita, a.s. (BankID), where he serves as Senior Counsellor to the Board, and various consulting engagements, where he acts as a venture builder, innovation, and business model expert. Lukes has also held top positions at Mastercard, GE Money Bank, McKinsey & Company, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, and Central Europe Trust Co Ltd. He has also worked on e-business at eBanka (Expandia Bank). Lukes holds an MA in Economics International Trade and European Integration from the Joint European Study Programme, an MBA in Business Administration from INSEAD, and a Master's degree in Finance from Vysoká škola ekonomická v Praze.
