Miriam holds a diverse educational background including studies at Dutch Film and Television Academy, Gymnasium Haganum, Phoenix Opleidingen, where she also studied NLP Practitioner, and a Master of Science (MSc) and Bachelor degree from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, along with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

With a wealth of experience, Miriam has held various positions in renowned organizations such as being part of the Leadership Team at Stichting Het Potentieel Pakken in Het Potentieel Pakken, serving as a Moderator and facilitator at Mirhaf Advies, working as a Change Consultant at &samhoud, and as a Consultant at Green-Basilisk BV among others.

Throughout her career, Miriam has also delved into roles such as Investment Manager at SHIFT Invest (interim) with NBI Investors, a non-executive Member Of The Supervisory Board at RVSV, Investment Manager at Rabo Private Equity at Rabobank, and Associate Director Loan Syndication/Capital Markets at Rabobank where she started as a Corporate Management Trainee.
