Mirco Pagano

Mirco Pagano is an Italian creative director with a passion for advertising and a thirst for answers. Born in Monza in 1983, he started to question things from a young age, wondering why the "White Little Man" was called that when he was clearly black. This quirky curiosity would eventually lead him down the path of advertising, where he found a love for the nonsensical. After completing his education at the Liceo Scientifico Enriquez and the Accademia di Comunicazione in Milan, Pagano landed a position at Armando Testa, where he worked on campaigns for notable brands such as Baci Perugina and Birra Moretti. He later made his way to TBWA\Italia, where he teamed up with colleague Moreno De Turco to create several award-winning campaigns, including the shows Piracy and Smok-Ink. Pagano's work has garnered many accolades, including multiple awards from the ADCI, Cannes Lions, Epica, Eurobest, NC Awards, and more. Some of the many brands that Pagano has worked with throughout his career include Adidas, McDonald's, Nissan, Nivea, SKY, and Wind. Pagano currently holds the position of Creative Director at TBWA\Worldwide, and still retains his love of questions, even if he hasn't figured out the answer to his own.
