Maha zz Nanny is a successful entrepreneur turned venture capitalist. She is a Partner at TenOneTen Ventures, an early-stage investment firm, where she invests in innovative startups and provides operational and strategic guidance to the portfolio companies. Maha is an expert in identifying promising opportunities in the technology space and has a keen eye for extraordinary founders.
Prior to joining TenOneTen, Maha co-founded Shift, an online marketplace for buying and selling used cars, and served as its COO. Under her leadership, Shift grew into a $100M+ business and a recent Series D. Before that, Maha worked as a product manager at Google, where she started her career.
Maha is an alumna of Stanford University, where she pursued a BS in Computer Science, and Harvard Business School, where she earned her MBA. She is a former lecturer at Caltech and a commissioner at City and County of San Francisco, where she volunteered her time to the community. In her spare time, Maha enjoys surfing, raising her children, and hosting the LA Venture podcast.
