He has held various leadership positions at Topica Edtech Group, including CEO of Kidtopi, Head of Group Osscar, Co-founder of Topica Edtech Group, Senior Director of Group Branding and Marketing, Founder & CEO of Onschool.vn, and more.

Minh Cao has also been involved in founding and managing educational programs like TNU-TOPICA with Thai Nguyen University, Topica Founder Institute, and Topica Amazing English.

With expertise in finance, HR, branding, marketing, and e-learning, Minh Cao has demonstrated his skills across multiple facets of the education industry.

Currently engaged in a self-enjoyment project at New Journey, Minh Cao continues to explore new opportunities and make a positive impact in the education sector.
