Minette Jacobs, a former consultant in the business sector and the government, decided to switch gears and become a yoga and mindfulness instructor. She founded Body-Motion, a yoga studio that aims to provide a welcoming environment for relaxation after a long day at work. With two locations in Boxmeer and Gennep, Minette offers diverse yoga forms, meditation, and mindfulness training seven days a week. Her ultimate goal is to make yoga and mindfulness accessible to everyone regardless of their background or profession. Minette understands the demands of a busy lifestyle and the benefits of yoga and mindfulness in reducing stress levels. She aims to dispel the myth that yoga is only for those who like to lay down on a mat and believe that it's a no-nonsense activity for everyone.
