Min Yang, a continuous improvement leader with a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of California, Davis, has an extensive background in manufacturing science, process optimization, and Lean Six Sigma. Yang has worked with Elanco, Novartis Animal Health, and Novartis Pharmaceuticals in various roles, including Director of Manufacturing Science and Technology, Operational Excellence Leader, and BioProcess Expert. With over five years of experience as a member of the plant lead team, Yang has led cross-functional teams to transform manufacturing processes, resulting in cultural change, significant cost savings, and operational excellence. Yang has a passion for learning, implementing, and coaching Lean Six Sigma to achieve high levels of performance in safety and production while empowering employees. Yang has also been an Adjunct Professor of Biology at Solano Community College and American River College and a Graduate Student Researcher and Research Associate at UC Davis.
