Min is well-known for his outstanding leadership skills, encompassing strategy formulation, underwriting, portfolio management, restructuring, and capital raising. He excels in communication and relationship-building, fostering successful partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders. Min Tan's education includes a background in Commerce, Finance & Accounting from UNSW and studies at Pembroke.
