Mimi MacKinnon is a natural team leader with over 17 years' experience in executive operations and planning large-scale events. She excels in fast-paced, high-energy environments, possesses a strong problem-solving ability, and prioritizes group goals while consistently adding value. With confidence and charisma, Mimi's presence commands attention in any setting, be it a boardroom or on stage.

During her tenure at the NFL, Mimi spearheaded the planning and coordination of special projects for the Executive office. Her background includes roles in events and operations, where she meticulously planned and managed on-site and pre-event logistics for major NFL events like the Super Bowl. She specialized in event logistics, media operations, and team owner and executive operations.

Mimi MacKinnon holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Educational Studies from Trinity College-Hartford. Prior to this, she studied at Friends Academy.

In terms of her professional experience, Mimi held various positions in renowned organizations. She served as the Director of MLS Events at Major League Soccer and held multiple roles at the National Football League (NFL) including Director, Commissioner's Office, Special Assistant in the Executive Office, Special Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer, Events Senior Manager, Events Manager, Events Coordinator, and Events Assistant.
