Her professional experience includes expertise in social media management, content creation, event management, and program coordination, making her a versatile asset in various roles.

Milica pursued her education diligently, earning a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organisational Sciences, as well as a Master's degree in English Language, Literature, and Culture from the same university.

Additionally, she studied Anglistik und Amerikanistik at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg and completed a Bachelor's degree in English Language, Literature, and Culture at the University of Belgrade.

Her academic journey also includes attending Wittenberg-Birnamwood High School, showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and personal development.

Throughout her career, Milica has held key positions such as Employer Branding & HR Marketing Intern at DB Schenker, Communications Manager and Project Manager at HR World Adria, and English Second Language Teacher at Vera Lingua.

She has also contributed her skills as a Community Management Intern at Degordian and as an English Teacher at Moment School and Bibo Global Opportunity.
