With his extensive experience spanning System 6 through current releases for global enterprises, school districts, small businesses, nonprofits, government organizations, and university systems, Miles enjoys helping organizations and individuals succeed with Apple technologies. He has held various management roles, including MDM Manager at Apple, Managing Principal at The Mac Admin, Technical Expert at Walmart, Senior Mac Infrastructure Engineer at Walmart, Technical Training Manager at JAMF Software, and Apple Infrastructure at Time Inc.
