Miles Cooley

Miles Cooley is a seasoned lawyer and a partner at the boutique Los Angeles law firm Liner Freedman Taitelman + Cooley LLP. With a rich background in serving as outside General Counsel for media companies, entertainment and sports talent, and high-net-worth individuals, Miles has extensive experience in entertainment disputes, transactions, employment matters, contractual disputes, intellectual property, trade secrets, and real estate. Known for his practical and results-oriented advice, Miles has led teams to achieve business objectives and secured wins in litigation cases and business transactions.

Miles holds a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the same institution. His accolades include winning awards in notable moot court competitions and for academic excellence in Federalism. Beyond his legal career, Miles is actively involved in pro bono work, serving on the National Board of the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights and being engaged in community empowerment initiatives and foster care issues.
