His educational background includes a Master of Laws (LLM) from the Faculty of Law, Graduate degree academic studies from the Faculty of Economics, a Bachelor's Degree from the School of Business and Economics, and specialized studies at the Insurance Academy in Germany. Milan also completed his high school education in Primary, Middle, and High school in Germany.

Milan has held various key positions in prestigious organizations, including being an investor at Stoïk, serving as the Managing Director, Global Chief Sales Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Insurance Relation Director at Financefox. He also played integral roles as a Directors Committee Member responsible for Sales and Marketing, Commercial Director in Romania, and Commercial Director for Sales, Training, Marketing, and Product Development at Societe Generale Insurance. Furthermore, he served as the Head of Sales in Serbia at Generali and gained valuable experience as a Salesman, Sales Manager, and Agency Owner in Germany at Signal Iduna Gruppe.
