With a Ph.D. in Informatics from Czech Technical University in Prague and an Ing. in Computer and Information Science from Univerza v Mariboru, Milan has a strong educational background.

Milan's professional experience includes roles such as a Research Associate at InfAI, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Information Technology in Prague, Researcher and Developer at the Faculty of Informatics and Statistics at the University of Economics, and Scientific programmer at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Maribor.
