Miklos Blasko

Miklos Blasko is a skilled psychologist with expertise in cognitive neuroscience and organizational psychology.

He currently holds a significant position at The Big Search where he leads the Healthcare and Leadership Development practices, catering to clients from various sectors.

Miklos specializes in providing three key services to clients which include executive search, RPO for scaling assistance, and consulting on organizational structure, leadership, team dynamics, and culture.

His academic background includes a Master's Degree in Social and Organisational Psychology from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem.

Additionally, he has studied Competitive Strategy and Game Theory at LSE, and has also attended The Anglo-American School of Moscow.

Throughout his career, Miklos has been actively involved in various organizations such as The Big Search where he has taken on roles in Early Stage Advisory & Investing, Senior Consulting, and Consulting.

He has also shared his knowledge as a Guest Lecturer in Organisational Psychology at Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem.

Prior to his current position, Miklos has gained experience as a Senior Analyst in Biotech and Digital Health at Egon Zehnder, as well as a Business Analyst in the Global Health Practice at the same organization.

His diverse experience also includes research work at a Cognitive Neuroscience Lab and co-founding Cortex.
