Mikhail Melnikov brings over 15 years of experience in IT, having worked in the IT departments of major companies across diverse industries such as IT, internet advertisement, trading, manufacturing, and finance. He is known for successfully completing challenging projects and excelling in high-pressure environments. Mikhail's expertise lies in IT strategic planning, project management, and improving business and IT processes. His specialties include critical project management, process management, change management, and he is well-versed in methodologies like ITIL, Scrum, Theory of Constraints, RUP, MSF.
