Mikhail Komarov is an accomplished professor at the National Research University — Higher School of Economics with extensive experience in the field of Information Technology. His educational background includes a Doctor of Science in Technology and a Ph.D. in IT from Tampere University of Technology and Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (Technical University), respectively. He has also earned a Ph.D. in Philosophy from The University of Birmingham.

Mr. Komarov has held numerous leadership positions throughout his career, such as the Academic Head of MSc in E-Business and the Deputy Dean for International Relations at the Faculty of Business Informatics. Additionally, he founded various organizations, such as VEK-21 LLC and Laboratory for Innovative Projects "WiSeNet Lab," and was the founder of the all-Russian noncommercial organization "Youth innovative Russia."

His past work includes being an Assistant to the Member at The Russian State Duma, a Senior developer at Netspace, and Orbsoft. Furthermore, he has lectured at the National Research University — Higher School of Economics and was the Head of the Direction for Commercialization of Youth Innovative Projects at Moscow Innovation Centre for Science and Technology.

Mr. Komarov's expertise includes information technologies, management, and e-business, to name a few. He has extensive knowledge in innovative projects' commercialization and exhibited strong leadership qualities as a founder throughout his career.
