Mike Skaggs

Mike Skaggs is a highly educated professional with a strong background in urban and regional planning. He holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) with a focus on City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Louisville, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Geography with a specialization in Urban & Regional Planning from Western Kentucky University.

Throughout his career, Mike Skaggs has been actively involved in community and economic development initiatives. He currently serves as the Associate Director for Community & Economic Development at the Lincoln Trail Area Development District. Prior to this role, he held positions as a Transportation Planner and a Planner at the same organization and also worked as a Planner at the Hardin County Planning & Development department.
