Mike Rosati

Mike Rosati is a partner in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he specializes in corporate finance and structured finance transactions. His expertise includes representing issuers, underwriters, and investors in convertible, high-yield, and investment-grade note offerings, equity derivatives, and PIPE transactions. He also advises on restructuring or repurchasing outstanding debt securities through private market repurchases, tender offers, or exchange offers. Additionally, Mike assists private companies in transitioning to public markets or entering capital markets. Over his career, he has advised clients on more than 120 capital market transactions, including over 75 public company convertible note issuances.123
