Mike Romeri is a seasoned finance professional with more than 15 years of experience in the field. He graduated with a degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and began his career as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs. Mike then moved on to work for several notable financial services firms, including Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, and Merrill Lynch, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, and financial analysis.

In 2015, Mike co-founded his own financial advisory firm, where he currently serves as a managing director. Here, he advises corporate clients on a variety of financial matters, including capital raising, restructuring, and strategic planning. In addition to his work at his firm, Mike is also an active member of several professional organizations, including the CFA Institute, where he has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Mike is a go-getter who is passionate about helping his clients achieve their financial goals. He has a strong track record of success and is widely respected within the industry for his deep expertise and innovative approach to problem-solving. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, skiing, and spending time with his family.
